Domestic Shipping:

Q.  How much do you charge for shipping in the United States?

A.  Shipping on all domestic orders is FREE.

Q.  What service do you ship through?

A.  We will ship via USPS First Class or Priority mail depending on the weight of your order.

Q.  Do you offer tracking numbers?

A.  All domestic shipments will include a tracking number that will be automatically emailed to you when we generate your shipping label.

Q.  How long will it take for my order to get to me?

A.  Not long at all...3-7 days depending on where you live.  Almost all orders are delivered within 5 days.

Q.  Do you require a signature to deliver my order?

A.  Nope.

Q.  Do you ship to military addresses, APO's, etc...?

        A.  Yes!

Q.  I need my Snake Bite and/or Snake Bite gear NOW.  Do you offer expedited shipping?

International Shipping:

Q.  Do you offer international shipping?

A.  Yes.  We'll ship anywhere you want.

Q.  How much does international shipping cost?

A.  On average, an extra $7 USD (1-2 Snake Bites) but changes based on the weight of the package. Your country may charge customs fees (these are NOT fees charged by us) so please talk with your customs department if you have any concerns about customs or duties charged by your country.

Q.  Do you provide tracking?

A.  Yes - but only up until your package arrives at the customs department in your country.  After that we cannot track your package when it transfers to your local carrier.

Q.  Who do you use to ship internationally?

A.  We use USPS first class or priority shipping for international orders.  Once the package arrives at your countries customs office it is transferred to a local carrier.

Q.  Do you guarantee international delivery?

A.  Yes and No...almost 100% of our packages arrive safe and sound.  From time to time a customs department will hold a package or it will never be delivered once it enters the receiving country.  If that happens please email us (info@snakebiteco.com) and we'll figure something out.

Q.  How long will it take to get to me?

A.  International deliveries can take between 15 and 30 days to arrive.  If after 30 days your package has not arrived it is most likely due to a back up at the local customs office.

Q.  I need my order REALLY fast...do you offer expedited international shipping?
